I have used this type of marketing for a long time and have found it to be, by far the most "Explosive form of Viral Marketing" there is on the internet.
I don`t care who you are, what type of experience you have, or what your lack of success has been in the past with your attempts to make money online! If you`re not submitting articles that you have written on a regular basis, than you are missing a "Huge Advertising Stream"!
Several years back, I started out a complete "Newbie" to internet marketing. I was as green as green could be and after wasting the first couple years trying to find successfull places to advertise, I was ready to give up! I realised that I needed others to help me get my home business website all over the internet in order to get enough visitors to make any sales. I decided to write and submit an article on my experiences with various methods of advertising.
So, I followed the submission guidlines and added my link to my website at the bottom of my author`s resource box with some keywords that related to my website. I actually forgot about the article for about a month and while I was doing a link check for my business website. I had recently noticed an increase in traffic lately and did`nt know where it was comming from.I discovered that I had over 1000 links to my website? Where the heck did those come from, I wondered.
So, I did some deeper link checking and found that after I had submitted the article at the free article directory site, some other large publishers had picked up my article and added it throughout their number of directories. This article that I submitted had taken on a life of it`s own and continued to be picked up by by various webmasters looking to add free content to their websites.
I found out that the page that my original article was published on at the article directory had a pagerank of "4". Not only was I getting high PR 1-Way links pointing to my website from various article directories, I was getting linked to from alot of sites that previously had rejected my link exchange requests.
All of that from one well written and informative article! I was hooked and have been regularly writing and submitting my articles ever since and It has helped my home business become a success!
